Registration To apply for a place at the Breakfast or After School Club please complete one 'Children's Details' Form and two copies of the 'Conditions' Both forms must be signed by the Parent/Carer and the Manager/Proprietor to confirm agreement of such conditions. The Terms and Conditions are binding and Parents/Carers agree to their contents upon signing the same. |
