Breakfast Club Hours of operation are from 7.45 am to School time
After school hours of operation are from end of school until:
*   St. Monica's 6.00pm   *   St. Michael's 5.45 pm   *

1. Cool Kids has to finish promptly at 6.00pm/5.45pm respectively.
2. For late collection/early drop off a charge of Ł5 will be made.
3. Fees are payable weekly or half termly in advance.
4. Notice for withdrawal of a child is two weeks or fees in lieu of notice.
5. No refunds are given for child absences on permanent bookings, should your child not attend for any reason, fees are still payable.
6. The proprietor must be notified if a child is absent from school.
7. For the safety of the children, prior notice must be given of any change in the person collecting a child from the Club.
8. Please notify us immediately of any change in telephone contact details.
9. In the event of a child misbheaving the parents will be notified. In the event of continued or repeated unacceptable behaviour, unfortunately, in the interests of other children, the parent/carer will be asked to withdraw their child.
10. If a child has an accident whilst at Club the member of staff nominated as the First Aid Officer will be required to report the incident to the parent/carer and they will be asked to sign the Accident Report Sheet.
11. Should a parent/carer qualify for Working FamiliesTax Credit they will require our Ofsted Registratin Number and address of the Club. These will be given on request.
*I consent to my child taking a place at this Club according to the Terms and Conditions as set out in its policies and procedures. I have understood the expectations and obligations relating to both myself and the Club and agree to abide by them.
* I consent to any emergency medical treatment necessary during the running of the Club. I authorise the playcare saff to sign any written form of consent required by the hospital authorities if the delay in getting my signature is considered by the doctor to endanger my child's health and safety.
* I confirm that the information given on the Childrne'sDetails Form is correct and I promise to contact the Proprietor as soon as any of the details change. Please complete a Changes Details Form.
